Spice up your morning by adding jalapeno to your green smoothie for a refreshing on-the-go breakfast.

Serves: 2 

  • 2 bananas, broken into chunks
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh jalapeno, or to taste
  • 1 cup (235ml) water, or as desired

Preparation:5min  ›  Ready in:5min 

  1. Layer banana, spinach, mango and jalapeno in a blender. Add water and blend until smooth, adding more water for a thinner smoothie.
