    • 2 cups almond milk
    • 1 cup yogurt
    • 1 banana
    • 1/2 cup blueberries
    • 2 pinches ground cardamom

    1. Blend almond milk, yogurt, banana, blueberries and cardamom together in a blender until smooth.

    I used a frozen banana and frozen blueberries, only because I like my smoothies really really cold. After tasting, I also added stevia because it wasn't sweet enough for my taste.
