This is a popular coastal appetizer dish in Brazil, often served at ocean side bars. Typically, it is served in crab shells or ramekins that imitate a crab shell. Here, you can use any small ramekin of choice.
Sauteed the garlic and onion in olive oil over low heat until soft. Add crab meat, coriander, green onions, tomatoes and coconut milk then simmer for 15 minutes or until the liquid reduces down (without drying out). Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Divide mix into small ramekins (shallow ones are good too) or use the and serve hot with a lime wedge on the side.
