Batida (meaning 'shaken' in Portugese) is a Brazilian cocktail recipe normally made of a fruit or fruit juice and sweetened condensed milk. Use the condensed milk tin to measure the vodka and ice, as well.
I decided to make a 'virgin' version (no alcohol) of this and found it to be way too sweet. I think the addition of the vodka would balance it out. 5 stars because I did leave out a main ingredient. - 09 Jan 2017 (Review from Allrecipes USA and Canada)
