Using a banquet sized fry pan or similar sized saute pan, fry onions until soft, add Balsamic vinegar and cook a further 5 minutes. Remove from pan and set aside.
Brown mince until there are no visible pink bits.
Add onions, carrots, baked beans, green beans and sauces, stir well to mix.
Bring to a boil then simmer then covered for 30 minutes. Taste and season.
Boil and mash potatoes with butter and milk to soft enough consistancy to spread over meat.

Divide mix into 15 x 650ml plastic take away containers and top with potato, allow to cool before putting lids on then freeze until required.
Freezing Tip
Browning under the grill as not necessary if freezing, simply defrost and heat in microwave.
