really easy to make, not toooo time consuming and not as fiddly as you think it might be! Don't put too much oil in the pan to start with - the bread really will soak it up, and as long as your pan isn't too hot your toasts won't burn. Drained on some kitchen paper to soak up excess unhealthy oil. Assembled and fried mine in advance and heated in oven later on just before serving.
