Flour, eggs, salt: That's all you need to make fresh pasta at home. This is the simplest and the most original Italian recipe you'll find to make your lasagne, ravioli, tagliatelle, tortellini... you name it! Best part is you don't need a pasta machine if you don't have one!
Air dry the pasta overnight, dusting with more flour if still wet. Once completely dry it will become stiff. Store in a paper bag and use within a couple of days.
