Combine Fountain Hickory BBQ Sauce, coffee, sugar, oil and garlic in a large baking dish. Add ribs and turn to coat. Marinate, covered, in fridge for 4 hours or overnight. Bring to room temperature.
Pre-heat oven to 200 degrees C or 180 degrees C fan forced. Set aside half the marinade. Cover dish with a lid or foil and bake for 1 1/2 hours or until very tender. Remove foil and brush with reserved marinade. Heat a char grill plate over high heat, cook ribs for 5-8 minutes each side or until sauce is caramelised.
