    The recipe is special because everyone in the world loves strawberry and when it comes to strawberry ice cream, no one could afford to miss it.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 2 

    • 2 cups strawberries, sliced
    • 1 cup sugar
    • 2 tablespoons basil, chopped
    • 1 cup whipping cream
    • 1 cup plain yogurt, preferably Greek
    • 1 packet strawberry flavored Frisp
    • 1 teaspoon lime zest

    Directions

    1. Stir together sliced strawberries and one cup of sugar in a bowl then leave it as it is for 30 minutes stirring occasionally.
    2. Pulse strawberry mixture, basil and lime zest in a food processor 9 to 10 times.
    3. Whisk cream and yogurt together in a bowl until smooth.
    4. Stir strawberry-sugar mixture into yogurt-cream mixture and mix properly. Cover and chill for an hour.
    5. Pour the mixture into a 1 1/2 litre freezer container and freeze it.
    6. Crush and sprinkle strawberry flavored Frisp on the top of it before serving.
