Lamb Liver Wraps

    Recipe was inspired by the fact that liver can be interesting and tasty. It is a simple and easy recipe that anyone can try.

    Serves: 1 

    • 150g lambs liver, finely sliced
    • cornflour and ground fennel seeds oregano
    • ground fennel seeds
    • oregano
    • salt and pepper, to taste
    • lettuce
    • tomato, thinly sliced
    • cucumber, thinly sliced
    • grated cheese
    • tzatziki dip
    • coriander, diced
    • Lebanese bread wraps

    1. Coat liver in seasoned cornflour and fry off in small batches until medium rare. Seasoned cornflour is created by combining the corn flour, fennel, oregano, salt and pepper.
    2. Construct your wrap on the Lebanese wraps with as much or little of the lettuce, tomato, cucumber the lambs liver as you want. Garnish with the cheese, tzatziki dip, and coriander. Roll/wrap your ingredients in the Lebanese bread then cover with foil.
    3. Using a sandwich press, cook for 5 minutes or so.
