Easy Avocado Toast

My favorite breakfast, especially at work. It is so easy!! I have a great salt collection and like to play with the different kinds to get different flavours.

Ingredients
Serves: 1
- 1 slice good bread
- 1/2 avocado
- good quality salt (Maldon, Fleur de Sel, etc.)
- fruity olive oil, optional

- Lightly toast bread.
- Use a fork to smash the avocado over the toasted sliced bread.
- Sprinkle with salt. Play around here with different salts.
- If desired, lightly drizzle with olive oil.
