Banana Nutella Tarts

    A quick and easy dessert made with puff pastry filled with Nutella and banana. Top it with a creamy, cream cheese topping and you have a taste to die for.

    Makes: 48 bites

    • 3 sheets frozen puff pastry, thawed
    • Nutella
    • 3 to 4 bananas, sliced
    • 125g cream cheese, softened
    • 300ml thickened cream
    • 1/4 cup sugar
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla

    1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C. Spray a rounded base patty pan tin with cooking spray. .
    2. Cut pastry into quarters then each quarter into four. Fit pastry into each rounded hole.
    3. Place one teaspoon of Nutella into the middle of each piece of pastry. Cover the Nutella with at least 3 slices of banana.
    4. Cook until golden brown then remove from tin straight away and place on wire rack to cool.
    5. Using an electric mixer, beat the cream cheese until smooth then add the cream, sugar and vanilla. Continue to beat until thick. Pipe or spoon onto bites.
