    The batch in my photo contains fresh mixed berries with poppy and pumpkin seeds. If I'm feeling lazy I just add about 60g of dried fruit, but my favourite way is with grated orange zest and cinnamon.

    Ingredients
    Makes: 8 cookies

    • 100g oats
    • 2 bananas, mashed
    • 60g fresh or dried fruit

    Directions
    Preparation:5min  ›  Cook:20min  ›  Ready in:25min 

    1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees C. Grease a baking tray.
    2. In a mixing bowl combine all of the ingredients and mix well. Spoon 8 mounds of the mixture onto the prepared baking tray.
    3. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes until golden brown. Remove from the oven and allow to cool.
