Peanut Butter Cups

    Peanut butter cups are a popular choice of treat across the world. Our recipe shows you how to make them yourselves, whilst maintaining your healthy diet, as these are high in protein and low in carbs.

    Makes: 6 peanut butter cups

    • 5 pasteruised egg whites
    • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
    • 100g of whey protien
    • 20g cocoa powder
    • 50ml almond milk

    1. Combine all of the ingredients, except the almond milk in a large mixing bowl then beat until a smooth chocolate batter forms. Add a little almond milk to help thin the mixture if it is a little too thick.
    2. Divide the mixture between 6 silicone muffin cups and place in the freezer for a few hours until they are set. Remove from the freezer and enjoy.
