This easy, healthy, light snack is easy for everyone to do. Serve with a salad on the side for a complete meal. Hope you enjoy!


Serves: 1 

  • 1 slice bread
  • 30g grated cheese
  • 1/2 capsicum, sliced
  • 1 small mushroom, sliced
  • 1 slice ham
  • 1 spring onion, diced
  • 1/4 small onion, finely diced
  • dried Italian herbs, to taste

Preparation:10min  ›  Cook:6min  ›  Ready in:16min 

  1. Toast the bread for 30 seconds to 1 minute until partly toasted. Add the cheese on top of the bread then add the remainder of the ingredients, except the herbs. Place the pizza on a small baking tray.
  2. Grill the pizza under a medium heat for 5 minutes until the cheese has melted. Remove from the grill and add a sprinkle of the Italian herbs then return to the grill for 1 minute until the cheese is golden brown. Remove from the grill and enjoy!
