This is my favourite banana milkshake that I have been making for years, it's filling and a great way to get fruit into you. The quantities of each ingredient are just a guide, feel free to use as much or as little as you like!

2 scoops vanilla ice cream
generous sprinkling ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon honey
3/4 glass milk
few scoops chocolate milk power (optional)
