Makes: 1 loaf
210ml room temp water
2 tablespoons olive oil, plus extra for drizzling
350g strong white flour, plus extra for dusting
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon quick dried yeast
fillings of choice - mozzarella, feta, sun-dried tomatoes, sea salt , rosemary , cinnamon, sugars - anything goes!
