Ingredients
Serves: 4
1 pack Dulce de Leche wafers, or similar
265g vanilla or toffee ice cream
melted chocolate, to taste
Directions Preparation:5min › Ready in:5min
Place a melon ball size amount of vanilla ice cream on a wafer and then create a sandwich by squeezing another wafer on top.
Scrape off excess ice cream off each wafer and then eat immediately or freeze for a few minutes and then dip them into chocolate and refreeze again for the most delicious decadent treat.
