Condensed Milk and Peanut Slice

    This is a sweet and salty slice recipe, if you cut it smaller you can serve as a fudge like treat also.

    Ingredients
    Makes: 24 slices

    • 250g roasted, skinless peanuts
    • 250g chocolate chip biscuits
    • 1 (400g) tin sweetened condensed milk

    Directions
    Preparation:10min  ›  Extra time:30min setting  ›  Ready in:40min 

    1. In the food processor, combine peanuts and biscuits then pulse until mixture is well combined and resembles breadcrumbs.
    2. Add the condensed milk and process until it forms a ball that pulls away from the sides of the processor. Transfer it to a 23cm square baking dish lined with baking paper.
    3. Using your hands press into an even layer. Let it rest for at least 30 minutes, up to overnight.
    4. To serve remove from the baking dish and cut into squares.
