Healthy Spelt Flour, Chia and Flaxseed Bread

    This bread is so crispy and yummy that you will not be able to stop. I made when I was sick. I just felt like something healthy. I nailed it, just by accident. Try it, it's simple and yummiest ever.

    Makes: 1 loaf

    • 1 cup of warm water
    • 2 tablespoons custard sugar
    • 1 teaspoon dried yeast
    • 4 tablespoons olive oil
    • 3 cups spelt flour
    • 3 tablespoons flaxseeds
    • 3 tablespoons chia seeds

    1. In the order the ingredients are listed, place them all into a bread maker. Give it a little mix, before starting the 3 hours and 50 minutes program, or similar.
