Leftover Toasted Chicken Wraps

    When we have leftovers from roast chicken I make this simple toasted chicken wraps the next day. Always a favourite.

    Serves: 2 

    • 2 flour tortillas
    • 250g leftover chicken meat, diced
    • 1 cup sliced lettuce
    • 1 tomato sliced
    • chilli sauce, to taste
    • sour cream, to taste

    Preparation:10min  ›  Cook:5min  ›  Ready in:15min 

    1. Lay out the flour tortillas and divide the chicken evenly among the tortillas. Top the chicken with lettuce and tomato. Flavour with the chilli sauce and sour cream.
    2. Wrap the contents then place in a sandwich press and cook until lightly toasted, serve immediately.
