In a large mixing bowl add the mince, onion, garlic, mustard, tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, BBQ sauce, egg, herbs, salt and pepper. Using your hands mix really well together. Add the flesh inside of the bread (not crust) and combine in if the mixture seems too runny.
Divide up the mixture into equal portions and shape into round balls then flatten them out. Put on a plate, cover and refrigerate until ready to cook.
Heat a frying pan to a medium heat then cook the rissoles until cooked through.
