Chinese Garlic Prawns

It's so easy to make garlic prawns in a Chinese style. All you need to do is quickly stir fry the few ingredients and serve immediately.

Serves: 2 

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 400g prawns, deveined but unpeeled
  • 1 teaspoon Chinese cooking wine
  • green onions, thinly sliced, to garnish
  • pinch salt
  • pinch sugar

Preparation:5min  ›  Cook:5min  ›  Ready in:10min 

  1. Heat up the oil in a wok. Add the garlic and stir fry until you can smell it.
  2. Add the prawns and cooking wine, cover and simmer 1 minute. Add green onions, salt and sugar to taste. Serve immediately.
