Quite a quick dessert using frozen puff pastry and canned pie apples. This has a sugar glaze to add a bit of sweetness to the pastry, and is filled to overflowing with apple and whipped cream.
If you don't like apple, replace it with a tablespoon of Nutella.
Recipe easy and the sugar glaze puts that bakery flavour to the turnover. I used locally grown apples making turnovers extra special. Extra cases stay crisp, wrapped at room temp for 2 nights of desert! Will use again. - 03 Jul 2017
