Fresh prawns are so good they don't need much done to them - just a quick saute with garlic and chilli and voila!


Serves: 4 

  • drizzle extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 200g prawns, peeled and rinsed
  • 1 fresh chilli, diced
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • mayonnaise, for dipping

Preparation:10min  ›  Cook:8min  ›  Ready in:18min 

  1. Heat the oil in a frying pan and lightly fry the garlic but don't let it burn. Add the prawns and chilli and cook, tossing, 5 minutes at most.
  2. Season with salt and pepper and serve with mayonnaise for dipping.
