Chocolate Sauce Cakes

Ingredients
Makes: 4 individual cakes
- 125g good quality dark chocolate, diced
- 100g butter, diced, plus extra for greasing
- 4 eggs
- 145g icing sugar
- 50g flour

- Preheat oven to 190 degrees C and butter 4 small ramekins or molds.
- Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or the microwave, stirring frequently.
- Once melted, add the diced butter. Mix well until smooth.
- In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar. Add the chocolate and mix well. Add sifted flour and mix again until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into the ramekins and bake 10 minutes. Let rest 5 minutes then serve warm.
