Quick Chocolate Chip Croissants

    These super simple chocolate croissants are perfect for a special breakfast or even an after school snack. They are made with store bought puff pastry.

    Ingredients
    Makes: 16 croissants

    • 2 sheets puff pastry
    • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
    • milk, for brushing

    Directions
    Preparation:10min  ›  Cook:15min  ›  Ready in:25min 

    1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
    2. Roll out the puff pastry sheets and cut into 8 triangles each.
    3. Place some chocolate chips on each triangle and then roll up from the base to the tip of the triangle. Curve slightly to form croissants.
    4. Place on a baking tray, separated, brush wtih milk and bake 15 minutes or until browned.
