    This buttercream is very easy to do and can be used in many ways, for garnishing cakes, tortes, cupcakes, etc.

    Makes: 1 bowl buttercream

    • 100g cooking chocolate
    • 150g butter, cubed and softened
    • 200g icing sugar
    • 1 tablespoon cream

    Preparation:5min  ›  Cook:5min  ›  Ready in:10min 

    1. Melt chocolate in a double boiler.
    2. While the chocolate melts (about 5 minutes), beat the butter with a wooden spoon until creamy. Beat in the icing sugar, then add to the melted chocolate and mix well. Stir in the cream and use.
