Sour Cream Chocolate Truffles

Chocolate truffles are super easy to make so don't ever buy them! These ones are rolled in chocolate sprinkles.


Makes: 60 truffles

  • 2 tins condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons baking cocoa
  • 3 tablespoons sour cream
  • butter, for greasing
  • chocolate sprinkles

Preparation:20min  ›  Cook:30min  ›  Ready in:50min 

  1. In a small saucepan, combine condensed milk, butter and cocoa powder. Stir over low heat until it starts coming away from the sides of the saucepan.
  2. Remove from the heat and add the sour cream. Stir well and return to low heat until it starts coming away from the saucepan again.
  3. When cool enough, roll into balls and place on a greased plate. Roll in chocolate sprinkles.
