A sweet breakfast for Easter Sunday, an adorable Easter bunny made from eggs and bacon.


Serves: 1 

  • a little butter
  • 1 egg
  • 2 rashers bacon
  • 1 carrot, cut into thin strips
  • 2 raisins

  1. Cook the bacon in a frying pan until crisp.
  2. Melt the butter in a frying pan and carefully add the egg so as not to break the yolk. Cook at low heat about 4 minutes, until the white is done and the yolk still a bit soft.
  3. Set the bacon rashers on a plate to form a V. Place the fried egg on top to make a head. Use carrot sticks for whiskers and raisins for the eyes.
