Boil the chicken legs until done, let cool then finely dice the meat. Peel the boiled carrots and potatoes and grate. Peel the eggs and separate the whites and yolks. Soak the prunes in hot water 10 minutes then finely dice.
Make the salad in these layers: 1) potatoes 2) diced chicken 3) prunes 4) nuts 5) diced egg whites 6) carrots 7) cheese 8) diced yolks. Place a little mayonnaise between each layer, to taste.
Before serving, decorate the salad with grapes to represent Easter eggs.
