Apple and Cinnamon Ice Cream

    Lightly spiced apple and cinnamon icecream. Sooooooo good and sooooo easy to make. My own recipe. Pictured with my spiced apple cookies.

    Serves: 6 

    • 2 x 600ml bottles thickened cream
    • 2 cans condensed milk
    • 4 tablespoons sugar
    • 2 cups canned pie apples, pureed
    • 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon

    Preparation:10min  ›  Extra time:8hours chilling  ›  Ready in:8hours10min 

    1. In a large, deepish bowl, with an electric mixer, beat the cream, condensed milk and sugar together until starting to thicken, about 5 minutes.
    2. Beat in apple and cinnamon until well combined.
    3. Pour into a 3 litre container and freeze overnight or until well set.
