Preheat oven to 200 degrees C. Grease a baking tray.
In a bowl, mix pumpkin, butter, honey, cinnamon and currants or sultanas. Mix in the flour and add enough milk to bring to a soft dough consistency. Knead lightly and roll out then cut into 12-15 scones.
Place on the baking tray and bake 15 minutes. Serve hot or cold.
