Crumbed Chicken Tenderloins (Air Fryed)

    These beat chicken nuggets any day and the recipe is so simple. I tend to use chicken tenderloins but you can use sliced chicken breasts if easier.

    Serves: 4 

    • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil, or butter
    • 50g breadcrumbs
    • 1 egg, whisked
    • 8 chicken tenderloins

    Preparation:10min  ›  Cook:12min  ›  Ready in:22min 

    1. Preheat the Airfryer to 180 degrees C.
    2. Mix the oil and the breadcrumbs together. Keep stirring until the mixture becomes loose and crumbly.
    3. Dip the chicken into the egg then shake of any residual.
    4. Dip the chicken into the crumb mix making sure it is evenly and fully covered.
    5. Gently lay in the air fryer then cook for 12 minutes. (Time may vary depending on the thickness of the chicken).

    Perfect! First air fryer recipe used and it was a hit with me and my husband! For my personal preferences I added onion powder, paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper. This time I will use a full cup of crumbs since I like the extra crunch. Thank you for sharing!
