Peppermint Choc Swirl Fudge... So Easy

Really easy recipe combining white chocolate, condensed milk, chocbits and peppermint essence. Add a bit of colour and you have a sinfully delicious treat, made in 1 bowl.

Serves: 6 

  • 247g white chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 can condensed milk
  • 2 teaspoons peppermint essence
  • 3 drops green food colouring
  • 1/4 cup mini dark choc chips
  • extra 1/4 cup mini dark choc chips

Preparation:25min  ›  Extra time:2hours chilling  ›  Ready in:2hours25min 

  1. Grease and line a 23cm square cake tin with baking paper.
  2. In a heatproof bowl over a pot of boiling water, melt white chocolate and butter, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat.
  3. Quickly stir in condensed milk, mixing until well combined.
  4. Stir in peppermint essence, then food colouring.
  5. Stir in 1/4 cup of choc chips until just swirling through mix. They don't have to all be melted.
  6. Spoon evenly into tin. Smooth top.
  7. Cover the top with the extra choc chips, pressing in lightly.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
  9. In hot weather, keep refrigerated, otherwise in an airtight container.
