Chocolate Truffles Trio

    It's easy to vary the coatings of chocolate truffles to make a more interesting presentation. Here I use walnuts, almonds and cocoa. Perfect for Christmas treats!

    Makes: 20 truffles

    • 150ml single cream
    • 160g dark chocolate, diced
    • 50g crushed walnuts
    • 50g finely chopped almonds
    • 30g cocoa powder

    1. Bring the cream to a boil and pour over the chocolate in a mixing bowl. Mix until smooth. Chill in the fridge for 6 hours.
    2. Take teaspoon of the mixture and roll into balls then roll in one or other of the coatings. Keep cool before serving.
