250g dark cooking chocolate
100g butter, softened
3 egg yolks
Directions Preparation:30min › Extra time:1hour30min chilling › Ready in:2hours
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler over low heat. When melted, remove from the heat and add the butter and egg yolks one at a time, whisking well after each addition. Place in the fridge for at least 1 hour to stiffen.
Form small balls of the mixture and roll in cocoa. Place on a serving plate and refrigerate another 1/2 hour.
