This salad recipe is one that can easily be made up in advance, perfect for when you wanna little me time in the great outdoors, or even for your everyday lunch or work lunch. You can double the ingredients so that you can share the enjoyment. Please note: if you are looking for low-fat and/or vegan, please feel free to look for a different recipe. This salad is not neccessarily intended to be healthy, but rather fulfilling and enjoyable.
Kewpie brand Roasted Sesame salad dressing adds to the salad, and is part of this taste experience, and should be easy to find as most Woolworths and some Coles supermarkets stock it, so please only substitute it if absolutely necessary. Please use real grated parmesan cheese, and not that cheap 'n' nasty powdered stuff that they keep in the pasta aisle, it tastes so much better, and the powdered stuff has a lot of other stuff to stretch it out and it just doesn't taste as good.
