With a sharp knife, incise the surface of the ham in a diamond pattern and insert a clove at the corner of each diamond. In a bowl, mix together the butter, Worcestershire, honey and mustard.
Place the ham in a buttered baking dish. Spread the honey mustard mixture over it. Drizzle with half the orange juice and half the champagne.
Bake in a 180 degrees C oven for 2 hours, basting occasionally with the remaining juice and champagne.
Once baked, serve on a platter decorated with pineapple rings, plums, cherries and peach slices, if you like.
