Beef Schnitzel (Air Fried)

    This is a great dinner for one if you have an air fryer and love crumbed food like schnitzels. This makes it a healthy option.

    Serves: 1 

    • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
    • 50g breadcrumbs
    • 1 egg, whisked
    • 1 thin beef schnitzel
    • 1 lemon, to serve

    1. Preheat the Airfryer to 180 degrees C.
    2. Mix the oil and the breadcrumbs together. Keep stirring until the mixture becomes loose and crumbly.
    3. Dip the schnitzel into the egg then shake of any residual.
    4. Dip the schnitzel into the crumb mix making sure it is evenly and fully covered.
    5. Gently lay in the air fryer then cook for 12 minutes. (Time may vary depending on the thickness of the schnitzel).
    6. Serve immediately with lemon.
