A very simple dessert to make with only three ingredients, perfect and refreshing for a summer party or at Christmas.


Serves: 4 

  • 300ml thickened cream
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 kiwifruit, peeled and diced
  • 1 kiwifruit, sliced, to garnish

  1. In a bowl, beat the cream with the sugar just until stiff peaks form, but not too much.
  2. Process the kiwifruit in a food processor to a thick puree.
  3. Put one tablespoon of kiwifruit puree at the bottom of four serving glasses or champagne flutes. Add a dollop of cream then repeat the layers, finished with cream. Garnish with a slice of kiwifruit and refrigerate until ready to serve.
