    And Indian-style kebab made of chicken mince and spices. Serve by itself, with chutney or in a wrap.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 3 

    • 1/2 kg chicken mince
    • 5cm fresh ginger, minced
    • 1 onion, finely diced
    • 2 teaspoons garam masala
    • 2 teaspoons tandoori masala
    • 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
    • 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
    • 2 teaspoons yoghurt
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • 2 teaspoons chickpea flour
    • 1 egg
    • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
    • 4 teaspoons dried mint
    • 3 sprigs coriander
    • 2 teaspoons red chilli paste
    • salt, to taste

    Directions
    Preparation:10min  ›  Cook:30min  ›  Ready in:40min 

    1. Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.
    2. Oil a baking tray. Using your hands, form the mince into two long sausages on the tray.
    3. Bake 15 minutes. Turn kebabs over and bake another 15 minutes. Cut into slices and serve with chutney and onions.
