Chicken Breast Burger

    Serves: 1 

    • 1 teaspoon olive oil
    • 1 chicken breast cutlet
    • 1 hamburger bun
    • 1 lettuce leaf
    • 1 slice tomato
    • 1 tablespoon tomato sauce

    Preparation:5min  ›  Cook:10min  ›  Ready in:15min 

    1. In a frypan, heat the oil and cook the chicken breast 5 minutes each side until done.
    2. Keep the chicken warm. Open the bun and place in the frypan a minute to heat and absorb some of the juices.
    3. Place the chicken in the bun with the lettuce and tomato and top with tomato sauce. Enjoy!
