Combine oil, soy sauce, wine, tarragon and mustard in a mixing bowl. Add the chicken wings, toss to coat and marinate in the fridge 2-3 hours.
Brush the oven grill rack with oil and grill the chicken wings over medium heat, basting with the marinade occasionally until cooked through.
Remove from under the grill and brush with more marinade, then sprinkle sesame seeds to coat. Place back under the grill just long enough to brown the seeds on both sides.
