A quick meal with chicken, zucchini and mushrooms. I cook this often during the week if I do not have much time. Generally I serve with noodles and salad.
I’m a beginner when it comes to cooking but I found this recipe and made it with some easy. Though I did overcook the zucchini and undercooked the mushrooms yet the recipe still turned out fantastic!
