Thai Chilli Prawns

Like most stir fries this one is super quick to put together. The baby corn is the perfect sweet touch.

Serves: 2 

  • 1/3 cup peanut oil
  • 10 prawns, deveined
  • 2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
  • 2 red chillies, cut into strips
  • handful Thai basil leaves
  • 8 tinned baby corn
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon sugar
  • juice of 1 lime

Preparation:10min  ›  Cook:10min  ›  Ready in:20min 

  1. Heat a wok until very hot then add the oil and prawns and stir fry until they are almost cooked.
  2. Add garlic, chillies, basil and corn and stir until basil is wilted.
  3. Add fish sauce, sugar and lime juice. Toss and serve.
