So simple it hardly deserves a recipe, eh! This is a great accompaniment to any roasted meats but especially lamb.

Serves: 4 

  • 800g kumara, peeled and diced
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 teaspoons butter
  • 6 tablespoons milk

Preparation:10min  ›  Cook:10min  ›  Ready in:20min 

  1. Cook the kumara in salted boiling water about 10 minutes or until tender. Drain, add salt and pepper, butter and milk and mash until very smooth.
