This smoked cod dip is lovely on crackers or you can set it out with fresh vegetables or pita bread triangles for dipping.


Serves: 8 

  • 100g thickened cream
  • 150g cream cheese
  • 120g smoked cod
  • 2 tablespoons chives, finely sliced
  • 1 teaspoon onion shallot, finely diced
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Preparation:5min  ›  Extra time:30min chilling  ›  Ready in:35min 

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Let chill in the fridge 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavours to blend.
