Rice Cooker Jambalaya

    You can make so many things in a rice cooker other than plain rice! This is a very simple non-spicy seafood jambalaya.

    Serves: 2 

    • 450g prawns, peeled and deveined
    • 3/4 cup white rice
    • 120g unsalted butter
    • 120g mushrooms, sliced
    • 240g crab meat
    • 1 cup beef stock
    • 1 medium onion, diced
    • 1 green capsicum, diced

    Preparation:10min  ›  Cook:30min  ›  Ready in:40min 

    1. Place all ingredients in the rice cooker, then turn it on.
    2. Cook approximately 30 minutes. Serve!
