Prepare noodles according to packet directions with half of flavour sachet, drain and roughly chop 3-4 times.
Heat oil in pan, add egg and parcook, stirring gently so as to not break it up to much before adding bacon, vegetables and optional Asian greens.
Sprinkle remaining seasonings over bacon, egg and vegetable mixture then sprinkle with a little soy sauce. Cook for about 5 minutes.
Add noodles and stir through to coat with vegetable mixture. Serve.
This recipe is so versatile, I have omitted the vegetables and just used eggs and bacon, or seafood and onion. I have also cooked this recipe in a hostel kitchen for my partner and I with onion, capsicum, egg, tomato, bok choy and bacon. This recipe reheats really well as we have had leftovers for breakfast.
